The minimum thickness, including stone surface and fiberglass backing, is 1mm for granite and 1.5mm for other stones.

The biggest sizes we can make is 1.2m*2.4m(4’*8′) , but which will be different for different stone.

Sorry No. Stone is a natural material with naturally occurring variations in color, tone, granularity, pattern, etc. Please understand the color tolerance and pattern change is allowed.
